Ted Cruz Victory Committee is a joint fundraising committee established by Ted Cruz for Senate and Jobs, Freedom & Security PAC. Joint fundraising proceeds will be allocated as follows: The first $2,700 of
any contribution by an individual or non-multicandidate federal PAC, or the first $5,000 of any contribution by a federal multicandidate PAC, shall be allocated to Ted Cruz for Senate's primary election account.
The next $2,700 of any contribution by an individual or federal non-multicandidate PAC, or the next $5,000 of any contribution by a federal multicandidate PAC, shall be allocated to Ted Cruz for Senate’s
general election account. The remaining $5,000 of any contribution by an individual, federal non-multicandidate PAC, or federal multicandidate PAC shall be allocated to Jobs, Freedom & Security PAC. All
contributions permissible under federal law that would cause a contributor to exceed any applicable federal limit to a committee shall be reallocated to the other committee based upon the remaining committee's
proportionate share under the allocation formula. If a contribution is determined to exceed the contributor's contribution limit to each committee, then the excessive portion of the contribution shall be
refunded to the contributor. Notwithstanding this formula, contributors may designate their contribution to either committee to the extent permitted by federal law.
